1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using cocoajoychocolates.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website.

 

2. Products and Orders

a. Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our chocolates, but we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. Please contact us if you have any questions about a product.

b. Orders: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

3. Prices and Payments

a. Prices: All prices on our website are in GBP and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

b. Payments:  Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

a. Shipping: We aim to dispatch orders promptly, between 3-5 working days. If your order is required urgently, please send an email with your reference number and we will do our best to have it dispatched the next working day.

b. Delivery: We use Royal Mail 1st Class tracked delivery, which is expected to arrived the next working day. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services. Any lost orders will be reimbursed/replaced by Cocoajoy chocolates. All orders will be provided with a tracking number once their order has been dispatched. 

 

5. Returns and Refunds

a. Returns: Personalised items are non refundable and cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed. Any damaged or missing items will be issued with a full refund, providing proof of damage. Returns labels will be sent, pre paid by us. 

b. Refunds: Refunds will be issued if an item is damaged/faulty. Very occasionally items can get damaged in the post, or affected by extreme weather. In that event a full refund will be issued.

a. Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Please review our privacy policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

 

7. Intellectual Property

a. Trademarks: All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on our website are the property of Cocoajoy chocolates. Use without permission is prohibited.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our website or products.
